Executive Chef,
The Columbus, A Renaissance Hotel and Latitude 41 Restaurant
In
1996, while Atlanta was bustling with the excitement of Olympic
fever, student Matt Linebrink, with dreams of culinary gold,
dived into an internship at Marriott International’s
Renaissance Pine Isle Resort in Georgia.
Since
that time, Matt has diligently paid his dues working his way from
assistant restaurant chef to his most recent appointment as executive
chef of The Columbus, a Renaissance Hotel and Latitude 41, its
destination restaurant. His vision as a chef blends seamlessly
with the mission of Latitude 41—to offer cuisine based around
the simplicity of locally grown vegetables, free-range meats and
naturally raised poultry.
